Why is Asai ceramic pan costlier than others?
We are India’s only pan with 4-layer Swiss ceramic coating. Many cheaper brands mix locally available ceramic with harmful PTFE (Teflon) and sell it as “Ceramic” beware! Our stainless-steel handles are patented and stay cool (<45°C) and we provide complimentary Silicone Spatula (worth Rs 399) with each pan.
Is the ceramic frying pan truly non-stick?
Procera™ Ceramic is naturally non-stick and uses 50% less oil. If taken good care it performs well for a long duration. Avoid dry heat, metallic spatula and cook in medium heat.
Are the black PTFE coated non-stick pans harmful?
Extremely! Single scratch on black non-stick pans release 9000+ microplastics. Worn out pan release upto 2 Mn+ microplastics every year.
Is ceramic pan induction compatible?
Asai pans are 100% compatible with induction, electric and normal stove.

Yes, but hand washing is recommended to preserve ceramic coating’s longevity.

How long do ceramic pans last?
With proper care they can last atleast 2-3 years. Avoid metallic tools, high heat and abrasive cleaning to maintain performance over time.

I simply love my Asai frying pan ... to be honest, it's made with such love, care, precision and thought and I am using it with as much of love, care and thought. It might take a bit more time (a minute more!) to heat up on medium flame (I use a gas hob) although it retains its heat, its evenly heated and I have in the last couple of weeks since my purchase, enjoyed cooking and enjoying pan grilled fish, stir fried pasta, pan grilled chicken, bhindi sabzi, etc etc ...... to perfection. Super product!
Initially 5 days it was working wonderfully I praised it so so much in front of my friends that they should buy and I was loving cooking on it mess free stress free. But since 2-3 days I am noticing food getting stuck on it so it’s getting that black black burnt kinda smell
