Asai vs Teflon

Proof In Every Pan
We built Asai after realising most pans hide more than they reveal. So we created cookware that puts evidence first.
Lab-tested every batch, with reports you can see. Trust earned, not assumed.
Questions we’d ask too
What is the Health Report? Can I see a sample?
Every batch is tested by top global labs for PFAS, heavy metals, and 70+ hidden toxins before it reaches you. We have nothing to hide - you can access these reports in the Asai Lab section on the website. It can also be scanned via the QR code recieved on the package.
Is the ceramic frying pan as non-stick as my teflon pans?
Ceramic isn’t ultra non-stick like Teflon—and we’re okay with that. A light brush of oil gives you clean, even cooking without microplastics and toxins. The result? Food that’s as safe as it is delicious
Is it tough to maintain ceramic pans?
Absolutely Not! They are lightweight, naturally non stick and very easy to clean. Requires no daily seasoning.
Is the frying pan induction compatible?
Yes- Asai ceramic frying pan is versatile and works on gas, induction and electric cooktops.
Can I use a metal spatula?
Metal spatulas are a strict no — they can damage your Asai pan’s surface. Use the BPA free silicone spatula included with your pan, or opt for a wooden one for equally safe cooking.
How long do ceramic pans last?
Ceramic pans if not maintained well, will not last as long as a Teflon Pan. Avoid metal tools, high flame cooking and abrasive cleaning and your Asai Pan will love you back.
Is this ceramic pan dishwasher safe?
While the pan is dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing to preserve the coating’s longevity.
How can I deep clean my frying pan?
For the interior: Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a soft sponge on the warm surface, this should do the trick. For the exterior: Mix baking soda and a little water to form a smooth paste; then use kitchen paper to rub the paste over the stained area (exterior surfaces only).
What is your warranty policy?
