Asai Returns & Refunds – Crafted with Honesty

1. Your Satisfaction, Our Priority
Changed your mind? No worries. You have 7 days from delivery to request a return, whether it’s unused, damaged, or not quite right. Simply drop us a line at care@asaicookware.com, and we’ll get back to you with next steps within two business days (business days = Mon–Fri).

2. Returning Unwanted Items
To qualify for a return, your cookware must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the purchase price, typically within 7-10 business days. Easy, fair, and no sting in the tail.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods?
Received something with a dent, chip, or other workmanship issue? Report it within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos showing the problem and serial number visible on the product. We’ll walk you through how to send it back and will promptly initiate a replacement or refund based on what works best for you.

4. Exchanges? Of Course.
Want to switch colors or sizing? Just let us know right away. If your item is eligible, we’ll help organize an exchange as smoothly as possible.

5. Sale Items & Special Offers
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Gift sets, discounts, and bundled offers may be exchange-only. Don’t worry, we’ll always clearly communicate this before you buy.

6. Return Shipping
Please pack your return securely, using a trackable courier is recommended for items over ₹500. Once we receive your return in good condition, your refund will be processed. We can’t take responsibility for packages lost in transit.

7. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Refunds
Paid via COD? We’ll need your bank details (IFSC, account number, name) to initiate the refund, let us know when you start your return.

8. When Refunds Take a Moment
Once approved, refunds usually appear within 7 to 10 business days. If you don’t see the refund, check with your bank, it may be processing. Still no luck? Just reach out and we’ll help track it down.
