Shipping Policy
At Asai, we take utmost care in ensuring your cookware reaches you safely, swiftly, and in perfect condition. Every package is inspected, sealed, and shipped with care — because your kitchen deserves no less.
1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment. Orders placed after 12 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time: Once shipped, your Asai package typically reaches you within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with your tracking details. You can follow your shipment in real-time right up to your doorstep.
Delays: In rare cases (such as regional lockdowns, weather disruptions, or courier delays), shipping timelines may be extended slightly. We’ll always keep you informed if that happens.
2. International Shipping
Processing Time: All international orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery timeline is 10–14 business days, depending on your destination and customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are borne by the customer and vary by country.
Customs & Duties: Please note that import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and are not included in Asai’s pricing or shipping fees.
Order Tracking: All international shipments come with a tracking link. You’ll receive an email once your order is dispatched so you can track your delivery progress.
3. Order Changes & Address Updates
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at care@asaicookware.com.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be rerouted.
4. Missing or Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, missing items, or doesn’t arrive at all, please write to us at care@asaicookware.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll resolve it swiftly.
5. Public Holidays & Exceptions
Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays. During peak festive periods, there may be slight delays, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
