Cancellation Policy
At Asai Cookware, we begin processing your order quickly so it can be dispatched within 1–2 business days. Because of this, cancellations are allowed only until your order is shipped.
1) Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.
- If your order is not yet shipped: We will cancel it and process the refund (for prepaid orders).
- If your order is already shipped: It cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy (if eligible).
Important: “Shipped” means the order has been packed and handed over to our delivery partner and a tracking ID may have been generated.
2) How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact our support team with the following details:
- Order ID
- Registered phone number or email
- Reason for cancellation (optional)

3) Processing Timelines
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Please place cancellation requests as soon as possible after ordering.
- Requests received outside support hours will be processed on the next business day.
4) Refunds for Cancelled Orders
a) Prepaid Orders (UPI / Card / Netbanking / Wallet)
- Refunds are initiated to the original payment method.
- Timeline: 5–10 business days after cancellation confirmation (depending on your bank/payment provider).
b) Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- No refund is applicable as payment is collected at delivery.
- If any amount was paid online (e.g., prepaid shipping or partial payment), the refundable amount (if applicable) will be processed as per the above timeline.
5) Partial Cancellations
If your order contains multiple items, you may cancel one or more items only if those items have not been shipped. Items already shipped cannot be cancelled.
6) Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
- Orders that have already been shipped or handed over to the courier
- Orders that are out for delivery or already delivered
7) Failed Delivery / Customer Unavailable (COD Orders)
For COD orders, if delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to origin.
Any future re-attempt or re-shipment may be subject to additional verification and/or shipping charges (if applicable). Returns and refunds (if eligible) will be handled as per our Return Policy.
8) Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are allowed only before shipment and may be subject to verification.
