Why is Asai ceramic pan costlier than others?
We are India’s only pan with 4-layer Swiss ceramic coating. Many cheaper brands mix locally available ceramic with harmful PTFE and sell it as “Ceramic”- beware! Our stainless-steel handles are patented and stay cool (<45°C) and we provide complimentary Silicone Spatula with each pan.
Is the ceramic frying pan truly non-stick?
Procera™ Ceramic is naturally non-stick and uses 50% less oil. If taken good care, it performs well for a long duration. Avoid dry heat, metallic spatula and cook in medium heat.

What is the true life of ceramic pan?
While brands may claim 5 years or so, truly ceramic pans perform well for 18-24 months. After that the non-stick property goes down. Avoid metallic tools, high heat and abrasive cleaning to maintain performance over time. But till it lasts, it is 100% Toxin-Free.
18-24 months? Why shouldn’t I continue using my regular non-stick PTFE coated pans?
Simply put, scratched non-stick pans are harmful. And at a lifespan of 18-24 months, Asai ceramic pans cost less than Rs 10 per meal. The health cost is much higher!
Is ceramic pan induction compatible?
Asai pans are 100% compatible with induction, electric and normal stove.

Is this ceramic pan dishwasher safe?
Yes, but hand washing is recommended to preserve ceramic coating’s longevity.

No. They are lightweight, naturally non-stick and easy to clean. Just make sure no metallic spatulas are used and cook in low to medium heat.
How long do ceramic pans last?
With proper care they can last atleast 2-3 years. Avoid metallic tools, high heat and abrasive cleaning to maintain performance over time.
Is Asai ceramic pan safe for high-temperature cooking?
Use low to medium heat for best performance and avoid overheating an empty pan on high flame

The pan is good to use. I am pushing my wife to buy the kadhai as well. Please note the lid handle was slightly loose at the time of delivery. We however decided to use it instead of exchange.
