Why is Asai ceramic pan costlier than others?
We are India’s only pan with 4-layer Swiss ceramic coating. Many cheaper brands mix locally available ceramic with harmful PTFE (Teflon) and sell it as “Ceramic” beware! Our stainless-steel handles are patented and stay cool (<45°C) and we provide complimentary Silicone Spatula (worth Rs 299) with each pan.
Is the ceramic frying pan truly non-stick?
Procera™ Ceramic is naturally non-stick and uses 50% less oil. If taken good care it performs well for a long duration. Avoid dry heat, metallic spatula and cook in medium heat.
Are the black PTFE coated non-stick pans harmful?
Extremely! Single scratch on black non-stick pans release 9000+ microplastics. Worn out pan release upto 2 Mn+ microplastics every year.
Is ceramic pan induction compatible?
Asai pans are 100% compatible with induction, electric and normal stove.
