What makes Asai kadai special?
We are India’s only Kadai with 4-layer Swiss ceramic coating. Many cheaper brands mix locally available ceramic with harmful PTFE and sell it as “Ceramic”- beware! Ours is tested for 300+ toxins and we provide lab report with each kadai.
How is the ceramic kadai better than steel or triply kadai?
Triply kadais are heavy, use much more oil, is poor conductor of heat leading to uneven cooking and brown spots. Ceramic kadai is naturally non-stick and great for sabzi, bhuna masala, dals, curries, frying, and sautéing
Does ceramic kadai require special care?
Not special, just smart care: use low to medium heat, avoid metal spatulas, and wash with a soft sponge once cooled.
What is the true life of a ceramic kadai?
With proper care, ceramic Kadai can easily last 3 to 4 years. After that the non-stick property goes down. Avoid metallic tools, high heat and abrasive cleaning to maintain performance over time.
Is the ceramic kadai induction compatible?

Can I cook on high heat using a ceramic kadai?
You can, but it’s not ideal. Ceramic performs best on medium heat. Avoid preheating empty on high flame.

No. Metal spatulas can damage the surface. Use silicone or wooden spatulas instead.
Is this ceramic kadai dishwasher safe?
It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to maintain the coating.
How can I deep clean my kadai?
For interior: Boil water for 2 minutes, then clean with a soft sponge while warm. For exterior: Use a baking soda paste and gently rub the surface.

I used it for the first time yesterday like a wok. Noodles did not stick in it and was so easy to stir in this beautiful looking Kadai. The lid fits perfectly.
Very easy to handle. Comfortable to use. Requires less oil than usual. I would say 30-40% less oil. I would say it is a good buy. Would require a few more for our kitchen.

The product is super lightweight. Quality of non-stick also seems pretty good. We are very careful with our use and washing of the pan. So far so good. Hoping it will remain this way for a long time.

It is definitely a cooking asset. Low on oil and fast cooking. The colour of the veggies are retained and nothing sticks to the pan. Easy to clean too. A well researched good product. It has become almost indispensable in my kitchen
We started using this a month back and it's been truly one of the best kadais in the market. Their handles are with silicone grip so dont get heated much. Use less oil and cooks evenly. I would recommend all home cooks to try this..

Just bought a karahi… I can cook with very little oil. The handles don’t get very hot and the food is evenly cooked. Only thing it could have been more deeper - currently it's not the case
This is such an amazing product..I was always sceptical of ceramic But this has changed my mind..excellent non stick, great heat, and handles don't heat up too..
